Booking conditions
We can provide only information for inquiries received by phone or on our social media pages. We only accept reservations by e-mail or via the website’s reservation system.
The Guest is solely responsible for the accuracy of the provided at the time of the
reservation. We cannot accept booking applications that are not filled in properly.
The Cabin can accommodate a maximum of 2+2 people. (2 people can be accommodated in the bedroom on the ground floor, + 2 more guests in the sleeping area on the mezzanine.
The minimum number of nights that can be booked is 2. During special periods, the minimum number of nights that can be booked is 3 (days dates listed individually on the website).
A 1-night reservation is considered exceptionally if ”gap days” remaining between reservations. Contact us to inquire about gap days.
To finalize the reservation, advance payment of 50% is required. The deposit must be paid within 2 days of confirmation.
If the amount is not received by the above deadline, the reservation will be considered void and deleted from the system.
The reamining cost must be paid by 15 days before arrival.

For easier identification, please indicate the name of the person making the reservation and the date of the reservation as a description/reference.
Following the acceptance of the quote and payment of the deposit, you will receive an email confirmation of the reservation. The written confirmation from Cabin guarantees the reservation.
Cancellation policy
The Guest undertakes to inform the Cabin in writing of possible cancellations, modifications or any other changes to the reservation before the start of the service.
1. Cancellation
The Guest may cancel the reservation for free up to the 14th day prior to arrival (minus a 5% handling fee). In the event of cancellation after that, the full amount of the reservation fee will be charged. The refund will be made by the Cabin within 10 days of the cancellation to the account number specified by the Guest.
The cancellation rules may differ in the case of reservations made for special periods, in which case Cabin will send additional information in the confirmation e-mail.
2. Change of date
The date of the reservation can be changed once by the Guest up to the 14th day before arrival – depending on our available capacity. In that case, the deposit that has already been transferred will be included in the value of the new date. The deposit can be used within 3 months from the date of the modification request.
If the change request is received within 14 days prior to arrival, the reuse of deposit payment
is subject to resale of the cancelled date. If the cancelled date can not be resold, the Guest is not entitled to refund or reuse of the deposit.
If the Guest does not cancel his reservation in writing, but does not show up on the day of arrival, payments are non-refundable.
In the event that the Guest leaves after arrival but before the end of the pre-booked time – for reasons not attributable to the Cabin – payments are non-refundable.
3. Change of the number of guests
If there is a change in the number of guests compared to what was specified at the time of booking (more or fewer people would come), please notify us in writing as soon as possible so that we can properly prepare the Cabin.
If fewer people arrive than the number of people specified in the reservation and the Guest does not indicate this in advance, the Guest must pay the confirmed amount corresponding to the number of people booked.
Time of arrival and departure
Check-in time for the Cabin is between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. on the day of arrival,.
Check-out must by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Earlier arrival or later departure is possible depending on the occupancy of the guest house, based on prior agreement.
By making a reservation (paying the deposit) the Guest acknowledges that they have read and accepts the following reservation, cancellation and modification conditions.
